Going on retreat is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.  This special day will offer you time and space to renew your soul.

Shannon Kinney-Düh and Noelle Stoffel have created this enriching, relaxing and inspiring day retreat for you!

Imagine a day where you can step away from your responsibilities to completely reset, rest, spark your creativity and nourish your mind, body and spirit in an amazingly beautiful, natural setting.  After a morning of guided meditation, energy healing and journaling, you’ll enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch, then play and express yourself through abstract painting.

You do not need any experience with meditation or painting for this retreat!  We will focus less on finishing a “perfect” painting, and instead guide you to have fun exploring different ways to make marks with paint – using your intuition, curiosity and wonder.

Let’s embrace imperfection and enjoy the peace and solitude that comes from relaxing, creating and dreaming together!

Dates: TBA

Shannon offers 1:1 coaching sessions, human design readings, online courses, and retreats where you will gain the freedom that comes from remembering that you are complete, whole and beautiful – just as you are.

When she’s not creating, you’ll find her sipping iced coffee, playing with watercolors or somewhere in nature with her husband and three boys.
