So, how’s the New Year going for you? Are you feeling energized and pumped for 2016? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Have you been hit with the declutter or organizing bug? Are you feeling some guilt for not sticking to your New Year’s resolutions or are you being kind to yourself as you stumble and fumble along this crazy road?
What are you feeling in this moment? I’d love to hear from you…
This time of year is always busy for us as we celebrate three birthdays.
In between revamping parts of our home and letting go of tons of STUFF (like I mentioned in this post), I celebrated my birthday with my family (presents and breakfast in bed, a fancy lunch with my mom, and pizza party with old school Nintendo – my idea of a FUN day), and a get-away weekend with my girlfriends (a total blast).
Then, we celebrated a big birthday for my husband visiting family and skiing in Park City, Utah. (He did the skiing and I lounged by the fire with hot chocolate and a book as I broke my toe the night before we flew out!)
This week our oldest turns 8, so the parties continue!
After that, my attention will turn towards my newest online creative adventure:
Observe Create Connect – 21 days of art & journaling to awaken your creative heart
Join us February 22nd – March 13th, 2016!
I have found that the hardest thing about making time and space for creativity is how to sustain a daily practice that not only sticks, but that is easy to adapt to our already busy schedules.
This new e-course will guide you along a journey where you will learn how to create and sustain a daily art and journaling practice.
For 21-days you will receive a creative email sent directly to your inbox. These emails will include simple art journaling exercises and writing prompts that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.
These ideas will help you observe the world around you, create art and writing that fills up your journal, while you connect to your intuition and inner creative dreams. These emails are yours to keep for future inspiration. The art and journaling exercises are created for the absolute beginner, as well as those who’ve been painting for years.
The intention of this ALL NEW e-course is to help you move beyond your fear of the blank page, while you celebrate your own personal expression, imperfections and beauty and learn how to express yourself through art and journaling.
It’s time we all come together, support each other while making this year the best one yet, as we tap into our unlimited creative potential!
